Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a party of that contract. As a service to our patients, we will be happy to manage all claim submissions, and follow up on your behalf. You will be fully responsible for all charges resulting from services rendered, including the balance remaining after any payment of dental benefits are made.
